Playing with HDR

I`ve just started making HDR images, High Dynamic Range, by using software to merge three or five images taken at different exposure settings.

For some time now, I`ve been thinking I could get a good view of said viaduct if the moon was to the side. Well it was on Friday night but it was too high really. I like the result though. On the way home I called into Hamsey Church to get that by moonlight too.

Birling Gap, 09-02-2010

We rushed down to Birling Gap as the sky was a lovely red as the sun went down. Just our luck, as we got there the red faded and it was quite ordinary. It was a chance to catch the water moving over the chalk pavement.
